Mary has been kind enough to help us fundraise in aid of The Marketing Academy Foundation by appearing "in conversation with" where she will discuss the leadership lessons featured in her new book "Work Like a Woman". More about Mary Mary Portas is founder and chief creative officer of Portas, a retail consultancy and full service creative agency as well as a popular TV presenter and creator of Mary's Living and Giving Shops for Save the Children. She draws on decades of business expereince including her early career at Top Shop, Harrods and Harvey Nichols, where she rose to Board level and will deliver top tips and honest advice on how to be happier, more productive and more collaborative wherever you work and whoever you are Mary was awarded a Doctorate of Letters in recognition of her contribution to the advancement of marketing and brand communication within the retail sector. She continues to write regularly for key media including the Telegraph and Financial Times, is invited as key note speaker for leading world brands and is a judge on the Telegraphs Best Shops in Britain awards.
