Ishigaki Ju-jitsu, London's LGBT+ martial arts club, are excited to run their annual self-defence course as part of Pride in London 2018. The two-hour course will focus on the theory of self defence by building self awareness, confidence and skill. It will provide participants with basic practical defence techniques using the principles of Ju-jitsu, which makes them effective even for smaller, less strong practitioners. Oh, and it will also be fun! All levels are welcome, and no previous experience is required. Numbers are limited, so registration on Eventbrite is essential.
