London Gay Men's Chorus for World AIDS Day 2017: RESISTANCE!
on 03 Dec - 6:00PM

RESISTANCE (noun): 1. refusal to accept or comply with something, 2. the ability not to be affected by something, especially adversely. In proud partnership with JAT and IATF. 6-7pm Remembrance SERVICE (free entry - all very warmly welcome) 7-8.30pm CONCERT (tickets on line or by phone) 8.30-10pm Post Concert Meat free buffet SUPPER (tickets on line or by phone) Bring your friends and family to join us for a heartwarming affirmation of life, with our good friends from the London Gay Men's Chorus. In this concert, we go back in time to the music of resistance and hope - this reminds us of the early days in the war against HIV and AIDS. Featuring anthems like Come What May, Bridge Over Troubled Water, and What I Did For Love, performed by the impressive massed voices of Europe's largest gay men's choir. Be prepared to sing along, to shed a tear or two for those lost along the way, to recognise battles fought and progress made, but also to highlight that there are many areas of the globe where the war is still being waged.
