onathan Harvey heads the bill with his new novel The Secrets We Keep. An award-winning playwright, screenwriter and novelist, he has been telling queer tales since his landmark 1993 play Beautiful Thing. He is joined by performer Chris Green, novelist Sarah Walton, historian Jennifer Ingleheart and poet David Clarke. Marking LGBT History Month, this evening sees Polari continue to showcase the best in emerging and established narratives of queer life in literature and spoken word. The salon is curated and hosted by Paul Burston, who has been described by Attitude magazine as easily one of the most important commentators of his generation.
