Only Men Aloud Concert at Roundhouse

If you enjoy choral music with a twist, then the Only Men Aloud Concert at Roundhouse event is right up your street. This concert is part of the Voices Now festival which celebrating singing in all its glory, and it promises to be a huge success, particularly with the capitals gay scene. Only Men Aloud Formed in 2000, Only Men Aloud won the BBCs Last Choir Standing in 2008, which led them to become a prominent choral group in the capital. Their repertoire ranges from Welsh folksongs to opera and hymns and at the Only Men Aloud Concert at Roundhouse will give their fans the opportunity to listen to some of their classic songs at this musical evening of entertainment. Gay Mens Chorus The Only Men Aloud Concert at Roundhouse will also star a special guest appearance from the London Gay Mens Chorus, which currently features over 200 members making it the largest in Europe. The concert at the Roundhouse will also see a late night performance by the eleven piece City Shanty Band who will be singing a mix of original compositions and sea shanties. Voices Now festival The Only Men Aloud Concert at Roundhouse celebrates male vocal talents as part of the four day festival, Voices Now, which will also feature a range of other vocal performances as well as talks and workshops. All these events will be taking place at the Roundhouse and highlights include the popular Making Music open stage, which sees a wide variety of choral groups perform, unaccompanied, for 15-30 minutes.
